It has higher production(quantity) eficiency. higher automatic machine, more uniform green tire quality, lower labor strength, etc. IL & Ply server has two powered conveyors(one before cutter ,another one after cutter)to improve precision ,automatically cut to preset length and automatic application. Tread server has two powered conveyors(one before cutter ,another one. after cutter) , automatically cut to preset length and automatic application ,heating head and tail Bead station will move to dear position let transfer pass and operator can put bead on the bead station and set bead on carcass drum and transfer carcass to tread drum by transfer ring. After finish green tire remove it from tread drum manualy.
